Helen and Sam Beamish were the best landlords I have had in my whole flatting experience. They were always timely when repairs were needed and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. During the holidays and stressful times Helen would come over with some goodies which was very kind and made us feel like real people who they cared about instead of just tenants. Helen and Sam were also very understanding and reasonable when it came to quandaries and qualms. I would 100% without a doubt recommend renting from the Beamishes and wish that I was living in one of their properties again!
