We left flat hunting until the day we arrived back in Dunedin. We found Helen's number and explained our situation. They took us to a flat they had available, and had us situated that night.
Helen sets clear expectations at the start of the year and makes sure you follow them. Sam showed a keen interest in our studies and kept up with how we were doing throughout the year, making him approachable when we needed help. It makes for a stress free year where you can focus on your studies. They appreciated any concern we had and acted quickly to ensure nothing escalated.
Sam and Helen are solution-based people. They are the type of property managers that don't mind you saying “Hi” if you see them in the coffee shop and remember who you are and which flat you're from!
