Sam and Helen are awesome landlords. They are always pleasant to deal with, and have always gone the extra mile for me. Any time I've had a problem with my flat, as you do with any property, they've been right onto it. I feel like I get really good value for money in the place I rent too. I'd happily recommend them to any of my friends or family who are looking for rental accommodation. I think that as long as I live in Dunedin, I will probably stay in the flat I'm in now. And if I did have to move for some reason, I'd check with them first to see if they had anything else that suited my needs before I tried anyone else.
