When we looked at semi-retiring this year, we looked for another company who would continue the same approach to property management which we have been providing -  friendly and service-oriented!

We found that in Central Campus Property Management , and their owners , Stef and Dave Wade, have now taken over the Campus properties we previously managed.  The property may still have the BEAMISH PROPERTIES sign in the street facing window, but we encourage you to contact them directly if you are interested in any of our properties.

Beamish Properties have been managing property – in Dunedin – since the 1960s.   We know the value of good old-fashioned service, and keeping properties well maintained.  That's a shared value with CCPM - hence their taking over the day-to-day management role.
