RENTED FOR 2021 - the tenants want to stay it's so good!
53 is a three bedroom brick home with a sunroom for the 4th tenant. There are two living spaces - a north-facing lounge, plus a large kitchen-living room at the south - each heated with a heatpump. Three of the bedrooms are huge, the sunroom is a bit smaller, but all of them fit at least a double bed.
53 is only 1 minute walk to Dunedin Botanic Gardens, or Marsh Study Centre (warm and free wifi!). Or you can walk through the Gardens to the supermarket... or down the road to the "Fatty Alley" takeaways. And it's only 7 min walk to campus edge, and lectures.
The house is insulated in ceiling and underfloor.
A bathroom - complete with bath - and separate toilet, large laundry complete the property. Gas hot water ensures it never runs out.
A large grassed backyard backing on to motels, makes for a more quiet neighbourhood that student flats stacked on top of each other. The fruit trees in the backyard are from the days when this was a family home - and available to tenants to use.
At the road front there is one carport for OSP, but free on-street parking is also available.
Past tenants have tended to stay for a couple of years in order to remain in this home away from home.
