138 is a four-bedroom flat centrally situated on the sunny hill between Polytech and OU. There are three large bedrooms and one smaller one. A HUGE living room with heatpump, overlooks Dunedin out the south-facing picture windows. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in 2015.
An extra heatpump in the hallway ensures warmth is available for all bedrooms. The insulated ceiling and floor ensure as much heat as possible stays in the flat.
The private front porch allows for a north-facing chair to be placed so you can watch the world go by!
